The 3R Zero Emission Pyrolysis and Nutrient Upcycling Technology was developed to enable the complete reuse of unexploited biomass resources from the agriculture and food industry. Its mission is to economically reduce the dependency on mineral Nitrogen and Phosphorus fertilisers in safe food crop production, while minimising environmental impact and supporting the fight against climate change.

Technology Maturity

Following extensive Research & Technological Development (RTD), advanced engineering, validation, and field demonstrations, the 3R technology has reached full industrial maturity. It is now ready for commercial licensing and implementation across a range of scales:

  • Medium-scale systems with a capacity of 2,000 t/year
  • Large-scale systems up to 20,800 t/year
